You are solely responsible for all transactions you initiate, tokens you create or trade, and interactions with smart contracts. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
Smart contracts are experimental technology and may behave unexpectedly or contain vulnerabilities. All blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
The Platform makes no representations or guarantees regarding token value, liquidity, participation, pricing, or project success.
Protocol-level fees, if any, are enforced by smart contracts and are non-refundable.
You agree not to engage in illegal activity, exploit smart contracts, manipulate markets, interfere with platform operation, or attempt to bypass technical safeguards.
You represent that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, and export controls.
All Platform interfaces, branding, documentation, and materials are owned by the company or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
All disputes shall be resolved by binding, individual arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
The company shall not be liable for any losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of funds, profits, or opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
